   Development application approved by council, clearing the way for construction to begin.

2. Q3 2025

   Construction commences

   Site works and foundations underway, with the display suite opening to the public.

3. Q2 2026

   Structure complete

   Topping-out reached; facade and internal fit-out progressing on schedule.

4. Q4 2026

   Settlement & handover

   Final inspections complete and keys handed to residents.
